Patrick D. Hite serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Operations for RP-HITE INC. and RP-Hite Construction Services.
With over 40 years of hands-on construction experience, Patrick has successfully led large-scale commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects with individual budgets exceeding $10 million, while overseeing corporate annual revenue portfolios surpassing $35 million.
Known for his unwavering work ethic, operational excellence, and deep industry knowledge, Patrick has built a career rooted in leadership, mentorship, and results. His role encompasses oversight of field operations, project execution, team development, contractor and client relations, and long-term strategic planning.
Patrick brings unmatched expertise to every phase of the construction process—from initial bid to final build—ensuring every project is completed with integrity, precision, and purpose.
Patrick’s professional journey also reflects a deep commitment to giving back. He has worked within correctional institutions as a trainer and instructor of trade skills, helping incarcerated individuals gain hands-on experience in construction and preparing them for a successful transition to civilian life.
This work has remained close to his heart and continues to influence his belief in second chances, skill-building, and community rehabilitation.
Outside of the business, Patrick is a proud husband, father to three daughters, stepfather to two sons, and grandfather to seven beautiful grandchildren—six girls and one boy.
He is also actively involved in dog rescue efforts, reflecting a shared passion for animal advocacy with his wife and business partner, Rebecca L. Hite.

Rebecca L. Hite serves as the Chief Financial Officer and President of Corporate Administration for RP-HITE INC. and RP-Hite Construction Services. With decades of leadership experience and a heart rooted in service, Rebecca brings a unique blend of business acumen, operational oversight, and purpose-driven values to every aspect of the organization.
Prior to her role in construction and corporate leadership, Rebecca served as the Executive Assistant to the Executive Council for California Correctional Officers, where she supported high-level union leadership and engaged closely with law enforcement advocacy associations.
Her work in this space sharpened her skills in executive coordination, organizational strategy, and advocacy for those on the front lines—values that continue to shape her leadership today.
As CFO and President, Rebecca oversees the financial and administrative operations of the company, guiding compliance, governance, risk management, and strategic planning.
She works closely with board members, shareholders, and executive teams to ensure long-term sustainability and transparency of the organization. With a firm understanding of construction-industry needs, she also supports project financing, contract review, vendor relations, and internal operations.
Beyond her professional life, Rebecca is a strong advocate for animal welfare and devotes time to dog rescue initiatives. She is a beloved wife, a proud mother of two boys, a loving stepmother to three daughters, and a devoted grandmother to seven grandchildren—six girls and one boy, who inspire her daily. Family, faith, and compassion are at the core of her mission, both in business and in life.
